Your website is built around who “you” authentically are and we support you in creatively expressing that vision.
We are not your average website company… and we don’t want to just build you a website. What is the fun in that? We want to build something super yummy and delicious, but we also want to provide a website that works for you.

We love to create websites that speak without saying a word… something that totally captures the essence of our clients online. So, with that said, we only take on a limited number of projects. It’s our way of making sure we are in total service to you… our amazing clients.
If it feels like a perfect fit for each us, we will send you an invoice for half of the agreed-upon amount (The Ignite Your Website Program is $2500.00; we offer add-ons like designing your logo, social media branding and newsletter designs). Once we receive your deposit (50%) we will provide you a client calendar that lays out the steps and dates of completion. The remainder of the balance is due upon completion of the site, prior to launching.
Typically we book up to a month or two in advance and the Ignite Your Website Program takes 6 weeks.

How It Works
Step One: Develop the “You” of your Biz
This is a fun and delicious process! First you will play with the vision and design questionnaire we provide you and send it over for us to take a peek at. It includes sharing links and images to things that make you light up inside and resonates with your message. Then we will schedule a one-on-one session to go over the branding and strategy of your biz, as well as your design and vision questionnaire. Before we get started on the next step, we will need to get logos, images, headshots, and be thinking of site content. (If you don’t have a logo, etc… not to worry, we can help!)
Step Two: Creative Design and ReStyling
It’s time to play and make the essence of your biz come to life on the screen. Ignite Your Website includes up to three concepts and/or restyling. Just in case we don’t get it right on the first time around, which we are usually really good at, you would have two more concepts/restyling available to play with. It’s time to be sending over your content… and whatever you don’t have you will be able to add yourself, because our websites are designed for you to easily manage on your own!
Step Three: The Nitty Gritty Details
Time to get the content in and make sure people can find you! We add your initial content in your pages, and do a report on your keywords to target and add those into the website. Once your content, pictures, etc. are in, you get one round to go through the site and see if anything needs to be tweaked. We make the updates and changes.
Step Four: Woohoo… It is time to announce to the world you have arrived
Now it’s time to launch! It’s all yours! We will send you a laid out strategy to implement to start attracting and engaging potential clients, so you can make money!
Step Five: Strategy, Training and Follow-up
The most fabulous thing about Ignite Your Website program is that your website is user friendly! You will be shown how to use and update your own website. We will spend an hour with you going over the basic use of your site and an additional hour to follow-up with you on your marketing strategy. (Don’t worry… if the last thing you want to do is manage your website updates and changes, we offer some awesome maintenance packages for ongoing support).

How much does it cost?
The Ignite Your Website Program costs $2500.00; if we are doing branding across the sphere… logo design, social media and/or profile design and newsletter design, print design, it costs between $250.00 and $1000.00 additional depending on the add-ons.
Do I pay for it upfront or after?
Half is due in order to get you on our calendar and set-up on our client calendar project management system. Yay… organized! The final half is due once your test site is complete and ready to launch.
What is the timeline for the Ignite Your Website Program?
Generally it takes 6 weeks from start to finish. Once you are on the project management system you will be provided a start date and a launch date and will know from the beginning what to expect and when.
Do you work with templates or design custom websites?
Ignite Your Websites are custom websites designed just for you. We have a strategic approach to website design and what works or doesn’t work.

What does the Marketing Plan / Strategy include… what is that?
This is a detailed report on how you can use both your website and other forms of marketing to attract and engage clients. It can include information about ezines, social media marketing, advertising, blogging, article submission, video use, etc. We want your site to be much more than just visually pleasing… we want it to work for you! Our background is marketing, so what better way to provide service to our clients than to share how they can use their site to make more money.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Absolutely! We have set out from the beginning to always build sites that are user friendly. We know how frustrating it can be to be held ransom to your website designer… so everything we design is done in a way that you can easily update and change yourself. (Of course, if updating your website isn’t the best use of your time and/or you just don’t want to do it… we have some awesome website maintenance packages and can take care of it for you).
How do we communicate during the process?
All of our sessions are done via Skype or over the phone. We love to Video Skype as much as possible as it helps us to get to know you better and serve you better. Everything else is done through our super organized project management program… which includes being able to email, share images, etc. If need be, we will schedule additional meetings.
Do I need a logo for you to design my website?
Absolutely not… we can use your biz name in a specialized font on the header of your site or we are happy to design you a logo as an add-on to our service.
